ARTIST'S STATEMENT
Recently, I have been drawn to revisit the language of patterns. This may be a reaction to what I see around me in this new millennium. It just could be that I am ready to speak again in this visual language. What I wrote in an early statement over 25 years ago still speaks: My work comes from the contrast between what is, and what was; what was and what can be.
